Frequently Asked Questions
How do I place an order?
Choose your favorite products, selecting the color and size, and add them to your cart. Check your cart to make sure you have only added the items you want to purchase. If you wish, you can still modify quantities, delete or add some items. Proceed to "Checkout" or "View Cart". Now fill out the form with your delivery address and payment method. After a few minutes, you will receive an email at the address you provided when placing the order. If you don't see it, also check your spam folder. Once the order is confirmed, you will have the option to track it with the tracking number.
What is your exchange or return policy?
Returns are not possible. We only offer size and model exchanges in-store (every Tuesday from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, the shop follows the school calendar) within 30 days from the package receipt date.
How should the washing be performed?
We recommend machine washing garments at 30° Celsius inside out with the zipper closed. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.
